SINGTEL CONNECTION

As we all know, Singtel is Singapore leading Telecommunication centre in Singapore and its name spreads beyond borders to be internationally acclaimed.

But some of us who, like me, once experienced the poor service of Singtel will agree that the Corporation is getting arrogant and has disregard for the concerns we try to raise.

Recently I, and many of my friends, realized Singnet Mio 2wire Gateway Broadband sucks. We experienced numerous connection problem surfing the internet, wireless lags like a snail, some of us even experience house line being disrupted. 

So, we thought by calling the hotline at 1800-848 6933 will help solve this problem, but apparently the staff has little empathy and shows minimal enthusiasm in solving our problem, not to mention them insisting that there is no problem with their system.


Terminating the contract before due shall lead to $300 penalty, so we can't help but suffer the lousy connection for the next few months or even years, paying for this expensive package that promises less than provided.


So, I decided that we, sufferers of this dismay, shan't remain stoic but stand up against this
